Revenue Crafting was born from the pain of models that failed when they were needed most.
I kept getting called into projects where everything looked right – and nothing moved.
The survey was solid. The math was textbook. The deck was beautiful. And still: no decision.
Eventually I stopped fixing projects. I started fixing the system.
Most research doesn’t fail loudly. It fails quietly – by producing decks instead of decisions. That failure mode has a name: Insight Compliance – when research is scoped to satisfy process, not pressure.
Revenue Crafting is what I built to break that cycle — and make sure strategy teams get what they actually need:
